The OpportunityYou'll be at the epicenter of our revenue growth and market expansion strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives on both nurturing existing customer relationships to their full potential and aggressively hunting new business opportunities throughout the western United States.

How You'll Drive Impact- Own a named account territory and build a qualified pipeline from prospecting through close.
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, ROI modeling, proposal, executive presentation, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain relationships with VP- and C-suite decision makers across warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT.
- Partner with our solutions engineering team on technical scoping, you bring the commercial leadership, they bring the system design depth.
- Develop competitive sales strategies within our industry and be a SME in this area.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and commit revenue with CRM discipline.
- Represent Prime Robotics at industry events, trade shows (MODEX, ProMat), and customer sites.
RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing deals in the $1M–$10M+ range, warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or adjacent industries.
- Verifiable quota attainment history, we'll ask for it. At 70–100%+ of plan on $5M–$10M quotas is the target profile.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse automation trends and technologies, including robotics, automation, or warehouse management systems, with familiarity with AMR, ASRS, WES/WMS, or sortation technologies, enough to lead discovery and proposal conversations without a SE present for every call.
- Experience selling to VP of Operations, VP of Supply Chain, and C-suite buyers; able to build multi-threaded relationships across a single account.
- Comfort with long, complex deal cycles (12+ months) and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Strong financial fluency can build and present an ROI/payback model that resonates with a CFO.
- CRM hygiene and forecast discipline, we run a data-driven sales process.
- Willingness to travel 40-50% throughout your territory.
- Experience conducting quarterly business reviews that demonstrate quantifiable value.
- Previous success in the e-commerce, retail, manufacturing or distribution sectors.
- Track record of success in high-growth startups or technology companies.
Benefits
- Base salary range: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Expected on-target earnings: $180,000–$250,000+ based on quota attainment.
