We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, you’ll receive 22 days paid time off, plus 11 company paid holidays. Also, medical, dental & vision insurance, 5% 401(k) company match, plus a range of other benefits that you can choose from.

About You

You’re a confident, consultative salesperson who thrives on winning new business. You enjoy building relationships from scratch, opening doors, and guiding prospects through a clear, structured sales journey.

You’re comfortable speaking with senior leaders across finance, operations, payroll, and field leadership, and you know how to ask smart questions that uncover operational inefficiencies, compliance risks, reporting gaps, and growth opportunities. You don’t just sell software — you translate complexity into meaningful business value.

You take ownership of your territory, build pipeline proactively, and stay disciplined in how you qualify and forecast opportunities. You’re energized by competitive markets and motivated by closing high-value, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals.

You understand the construction landscape — or you’re excited to deepen your expertise in it — and you’re driven by helping organizations operate in a more connected, scalable, and profitable way.

Day to Day You Will

  • Own the full new business sales lifecycle — from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution — focused exclusively on net-new ERP opportunities.

  • Build and advance a healthy pipeline through outbound activity, industry presence, referrals, executive networking, and disciplined territory planning.

  • Lead structured discovery conversations across finance and operational stakeholders, translating workflow complexity into compelling value narratives and business cases.

  • Navigate multi-functional buying committees and close six- and seven-figure SaaS agreements using a formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar).

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce while partnering cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, and leadership to drive successful deal outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience Might Also Include

Required

  • Demonstrated success closing complex, net-new B2B SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder buying groups.

  • Experience selling ERP, operational platforms, or workflow-driven software solutions.

  • Ability to run structured qualification and manage longer, consultative sales cycles with strong forecast accuracy.

  • Executive presence with the ability to engage senior decision-makers across finance and operations.

  • Experience competing against established ERP platforms or best-of-breed solutions in a performance-driven environment.

Preferred

  • Experience selling into construction, engineering, specialty contracting, or other asset-intensive industries.

  • Familiarity with construction-focused ERP platforms (e.g., JD Edwards, Sage, Viewpoint/Trimble, Acumatica, CMiC, or similar systems).

  • Exposure to project accounting, service management, union payroll, or contractor-specific workflows.

  • Formal training in a sales methodology such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually, with additional On Target Earnings (OTE). Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
