As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving First Resonance's growth. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and technology sectors, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. This role involves developing strategic sales approaches for specific territories, creating compelling proposals backed by data, and educating clients on the value of our innovative MES solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, track account performance, and consistently strive to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities & Duties 

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities

  • Ensure that our prospective clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

  • Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives

  • Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data

  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services

  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as needed

  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies

  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years SaaS sales experience 

  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, sequencing tools, Gmail

  • Ability to win the support of key stakeholders

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker, and strategist
