The Role

As a OneCrew Account Executive, join the ranks of an elite team of prospectors that generate their own pipeline from cold outreach. If daily prospecting with a great solution in hand doesn't excite you, this role is not for you. Self-source asphalt and concrete paving businesses, build pipeline and run full cycle inside sales motions of the OneCrew platform.

Training will be provided and regular coaching sessions should be expected. We want ambitious professionals who want to grow and upskill themselves and their career to grow into future roles. Come learn and grow with us!


Skills & Qualifications

  • High caliber individuals that possess high drive, adaptability, humility, integrity, and a passion for helping others.

  • Drive and capacity continuously hunt and build new pipelines.

  • 4+ years experience performing sales from a demo environment.

  • Deep understanding of pain, value and the ability to compel change.

  • Proven ability to provide extraordinary empathy and guidance to our prospective customers.

  • Experience with dynamic, multiple stakeholder deal cycles.

  • Experience utilizing a CRM and tech stack tools. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

  • Experience working in a startup environment.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Hunt for and Drive New Business: Identify, target, and win new logos, focusing on organizations spanning from $1M - $100M in revenue. Prospect, cold outreach and demo key stakeholders in an end-to-end cycle from initial outreach and value proposition through negotiation and closing.

  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships at the C-suite and VP level, as well as with leaders across the organization. Challenge the status quo of customers’ current operational infrastructure and inspire a vision for how OneCrew’s platform can drive better business outcomes.

  • Solution Selling & Value Articulation: Become an expert in OneCrew’s platform, and articulate the business value of our all-in-one business platform in terms of actionable business visibility, agility, operational efficiency, and CX improvements.

  • Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed your sales quotas and KPIs. Take full ownership of your territory and accounts, leveraging OneCrew’s high-performance sales culture and resources to deliver results and grow our presence.
