Responsibilities
- Convert interested companies raising capital to StartEngine clients.
- Develop and execute strategy to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
- Develop book of business partially derived from one’s own lead generation efforts.
- Leverage connections to access high-potential companies.
- Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with company's mission statement.
- Track and publish weekly reports using quantitative results.
What We're Looking For
FINRA registrations preferred (Series 7 & 63). If not, a willingness to study for and pass the exams.
Proven ability to self-generate leads and source opportunities
Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and early-stage companies
Track record of success in a closing-focused sales role
Background in the financial services sector required
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-energy, and collaborative environment
Results-driven mindset with consistent achievement or overperformance of targets
Composed, solution-oriented problem solver with a professional, service-focused approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree required
