We are hiring both Small Business and Mid-Market Account Executives to join our team. As an AE, your focus will be on closing new revenue coming from a mix of inbound and outbound sources. We're looking for AEs who are self-motivated and proud of their work ethic. We have a lot of fun and we work hard too. 

Role responsibilities

  • Convince the world that you've got something their people need. Motivosity isn't just any ordinary recognition system. We're challenging the status quo and helping executives rethink their traditional approach to motivated teams and high performance culture. We want people with the confidence to be a challenger.
  • Be likable, be energetic, be someone who creates relationships easily and communicates well.
  • Be knowledgeable about our product lineup and able to articulate solutions to prospect executives. 
  • Plan on spending the majority of each work day on the phone. 
  • Navigate complex organizations and have an incredible presence while presenting to executives

Qualifications: Who you are and what you can do

  • You are convinced that software sales is your true calling in life
  • You've got B2B software sales experience commensurate with what we'd expect for the SMB or MM role
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • You're good at working leads that come to you AND sourcing your own leads to work
  • You've demonstrated a knack for problem-solving and guiding people through complex sales experiences
  • Passion for growth and learning additional sales skills
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • You are energetic and likable. MVers are some of the most upbeat people on the planet.
