You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise companies. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, working closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless new customer experience. You will be a key driver of revenue growth and will play a major role in expanding Swag.com’s footprint in target verticals. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, services, marketing tech, or promotional/merchandising space.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a mid-market/enterprise sales role.
Comfortable working in high-volume ecommerce orders and managing complex sales cycles (15-30 days).
Strong consultative selling skills; ability to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales productivity tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with marketing, brand, or events teams is a plus.
What you’ll do:
As an Account Executive, you will:
Prospect and generate leads via outbound (calls, emails, social) and inbound, targeting mid-market to enterprise companies (typically 100-1000+ employees).
Qualify opportunities, uncovering customer needs, business challenges, branding/marketing goals and swag/merchandise programs.
Present Swag.com’s value proposition (bulk swag, swag boxes, curated items, giveaway, kitting, inventory, and support) and articulate how our solutions deliver ROI, brand impact, and operational efficiencies.
Manage full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, cart creation, negotiation, close & hand-off to implementation/customer success.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, fulfillment) to ensure client requirements are met, timelines adhered to, and repeat business is maximized.
Achieve and exceed revenue quotas, track pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and provide accurate forecasts.
Build and maintain a strong personal network of decision-makers (CMO, Director of Marketing, Events, HR, Procurement) in target industries (e.g., Tech, SaaS, Event/Experiential).
Leverage case studies, success stories and build new ones—including ROI examples for clients using Swag.com.
Represent Swag.com at industry events, trade shows, and conferences (as needed) to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness.
Maintain deep product/industry knowledge—stay ahead of swag/trend markets, promotional product innovations, customer gifting/merch strategies.
How you’ll be measured:
Pipeline development and progression (e.g., 100+ qualified opportunities within 90 days)
Closed-won deals and revenue attainment vs quota
Client retention and repeat business within book of accounts
CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy
Internal collaboration and cross-functional engagement
How you’ll make a difference:
As an Account Executive at Swag.com, you’ll help companies bring their brand to life through high-impact merchandise programs. You’ll be on the front lines of business growth—owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close—and playing a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
