We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our industry-leading real estate software to brokerages outside the top 500. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, closing, and ensuring a strong first-year experience to maximize retention. Your focus will be on exceeding quota, selling high-quality, value-driven deals, and ensuring long-term customer success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and closing deals with brokerages below the enterprise tier.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring a seamless customer transition.
  • Sell solutions that deliver real value, positioning our platform as a must-have for brokerages.
  • Manage pipeline effectively to consistently hit and exceed quota.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer retention.
  • Develop deep expertise in our products, industry trends, and customer pain points.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or real estate technology sales.
  • Ability to sell consultatively, uncovering needs and aligning solutions for long-term success.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on high-quality, high-retention deals.
  • Experience selling to real estate brokerages or adjacent industries is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with a drive to win and own your success.

WHY JOIN US:

  • Competitive incentive package.
  • Strong product-market fit and trusted brand in real estate software.
  • Recognized leader in real estate software with a strong customer base.
  • Collaborative sales culture that rewards performance.
  • Opportunities for career growth in a scaling organization.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
