You'll sell digital transformation to companies that have done business the same way for 50+ years. You'll battle industry inertia, navigate 6-12 month sales cycles with executive-level decision makers, and prove that our platform is the unlock for countless initiatives and tens of millions in ROI.
You'll own the full cycle—prospecting, running discovery, demoing the platform, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and driving expansion. You'll be their advisor, advocate, and the person who makes executives believe digital can win in one of the most analog industries left.
Must-haves- 3+ years in enterprise sales navigating complex organizations and buying processes
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop
- Grit, creativity, and an ownership mentality—you don't wait for perfect, you figure it out
- Ability to build deep relationships through multi-threading and land executive-level engagement
- Teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
Bonus points
- Education or experience in the sciences or a highly technical field
- You've sold complex software or transformation projects before
- You are a self starter and will do what it takes to learn the industry, how they operate, and how we solve their problems
- You carry a chip and have something to prove
- You aren't afraid of hard work
- You are are open communicator and work well on a team
- You need a fully-built sales playbook and can't operate in ambiguity
- You're uncomfortable challenging prospects or having hard conversations about change
- Travel is a dealbreaker (you'll need to meet customers in person)

The pay range for this role is $300k OTE, $150k-$165k base + variable.
