The role blends consultative selling with disciplined pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads, discovery calls, and proposal development.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to district needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in the CRM; forecast revenue with precision.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Collaborate handoffs to our operations team and Program Success Manager to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Represent codeCampus at conferences, showcases, and district meetings.
- Quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently met or exceeded.
- A healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple geographies.
- Strong, trusted relationships with district decision-makers and partner organizations.
- Seamless handoff of closed accounts to operations for program delivery.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in education, edtech, or enrichment services.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.
- Highly organized with experience using CRMs (PipeDrive preferred).
- Must be local to Southern California and able to commute to our offices in Irvine weekly.
- Experience selling to K–12 school districts, afterschool networks, or education nonprofits.
- Familiarity with the K–12 funding landscape (ELO-P, Title I, etc.).
- Experience in SaaS sales.
- $80k - $90k depending on experience level, with OTE $120K–$140K (uncapped commission).
