About Us:
UnitX is building the world’s best robotics product to accelerate human productivity in manufacturing. UnitX is a fast-moving startup with a team from Stanford and Google. Since inception, UnitX has shipped 500+ mission-critical systems across 61 of the world's leading manufacturers' production lines. Every year, $2.8B dollar worth of products (think EV batteries) go through UnitX AI inspection system to ensure quality.

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team supporting us in the next phase following our Series B. AI is completely changing the manufacturing industry and we are at the forefront of this change. This is a huge opportunity for personal growth and growth within UnitX as we continue to make an impact on this industry. You will report directly to the CEO in continuing our sales efforts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, selling UnitX’s industrial AI solutions to factories and manufacturing teams

  • Learn customer pain points and use a consultative approach to position UnitX as a high-impact solution

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and qualifying inbound interest

  • Partner with the technical team to tailor demos and proposals based on each prospect’s needs

  • Track all sales activity and pipeline data in HubSpot to stay organized and improve forecasting

  • Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing to share feedback and improve the go-to-market motion

  • Help improve and document sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and deal processes as we grow the sales team

Who You Are:

  • 3 or more years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical solution selling

  • Confident communicator who can build credibility with both technical stakeholders and business leaders

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and finding creative ways to connect with new accounts

  • Organized and driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Experienced in using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to manage pipeline and track deal progress

  • Bonus if you’ve sold into industrial, manufacturing, or AI/automation markets
