The Role

EPM is growing and looking for experienced Account Executives to join our team. In this role, you'll build relationships with brokers and TPO accounts, help them grow their business, and drive loan production by expanding existing accounts and onboarding new ones.  This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow your career.

    What You'll Do

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers and TPO accounts nationwide
    • Identify and onboard qualified new broker/TPO accounts
    • Conduct sales meetings to assess fit and uncover opportunity
    • Train clients on EPM systems, products, guidelines, and updates
    • Serve as the liaison between accounts and EPM operations teams
    • Leverage CRM tools for outreach, marketing, and client management
    • Actively manage your pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of mortgage industry experience (loan officer, mortgage banker, or wholesale AE)
    • Minimum 2 years as a Wholesale Account Executive
    • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
    • Proven track record of building and growing business relationships
    • Working knowledge of wholesale lending, loan programs, and regulations
    • Proficiency with LOS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
