We are seeking a talented individual to join the Entertainment Team at Marsh Risk and Insurance Services. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be part of a dynamic Advertising Wrap team supporting the daily activities and client relationship management on a dedicated book of business. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on professional growth and client service excellence.
We will count on you to:
- Review declared Advertising jobs.
- Work with the carriers on clearing declared Advertising jobs.
- Prepare necessary certificates, invoices and any other documents that may be required.
- Assist with annual audit for clients.
- Assist with policy checking.
- Prepare monthly job reports.
- Assist with the day-to-day Client Service requirements.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
- Work within the Marsh technology systems to produce accurate data.
What you need to have:
- 5 years of experience working in a Property and Casualty Insurance environment, preferably within the Entertainment Insurance sector.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
