Expected OTE is equivalent to the base salary.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and facilitating the best outcomes for both EOS and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, requirements, and budget constraints, making you the primary point of contact for all aspects of the customer's account. Your mission is to ensure the best possible customer experience, both during and after the sale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and expand key client relationships, ensuring EOS is positioned as a strategic partner across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead opportunity identification and execution of account strategies across complex global organizations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value commercial contracts while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—delivery, operations, technical, and executive leadership—to ensure service excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and executive sponsors, understanding their business needs and aligning them with EOS solutions.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of solutions and services that meet client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain robust account plans, opportunity forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM tools.
  • Represent EOS globally, traveling as required to manage client relationships, deliver QBRs, and drive strategic conversations.
  • Analyze client and market trends to identify growth areas and inform commercial strategy.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • 3-5 years of successful experience in global enterprise sales, Account Management, or solution integration—ideally in IT, video collaboration, networking, or Managed Services.
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in technical sales, ideally as a Technical Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow accounts generating $20M–$40M+ in annual revenue.
  • Experience operating inside of a VAR organization and comfortability navigating the VAR process.
  • Strong background in selling complex technical solutions to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Previous technical sales experience, ideally as a Technical Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
  • Exposure to international business environments and global delivery models.
  • Demonstrated success navigating large matrix organizations and managing long sales cycles.
  • Ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Expert-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with strong customer focused mentality.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • High degree of professionalism, resilience, and results-driven focus in a global, fast-paced environment.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Background in Managed Services, IT outsourcing, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Ability to manage internal teams and resources to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Commercial or technical certifications relevant to enterprise IT, networking, or AV solutions.

Pay Range
$110,000$130,000 USD
