Fox TV Stations

FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Television Sales is currently seeking an Account Executive with exceptional sales acumen and proven experience in both broadcast television and digital platforms, including Connected TV (CTV) assets. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing shares on established linear and digital accounts, growing new business, and increasing revenue across all platforms. This role involves servicing established agency accounts with a major focus on developing new business and revenue, especially in CTV.    
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Service existing agency accounts as directed by sales management and developing new revenue. 
• Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities for Fox Local Extension (FLX) CTV and FOX Local Streaming News platforms.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, client services and insights to strategize and create multi-platform sales presentations with client focused solutions. 
•  Achieve revenue goals across existing accounts, new business, zero-share business, and digital sales.
• Utilize proficient skills in both linear and digital negotiations. 
• Showcase a robust understanding of digital platforms with a track record of success in digital sales.
• Providing concise reporting, including weekly pending/posting, and quarterly forecasting.

Qualifications:
• Work effectively under the pressure of daily deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate strong creative, organizational, planning, and prospecting skills.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of television ratings and research, especially concerning Nielsen and ComScore 
• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in broadcast television and digital platform sales, with experience in selling OTT platforms highly preferred.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $115,000.00-124,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive/commission compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
