Position Summary
As an Account Executive on the Revenue team, you will manage SMB and Mid-Market sales prospects through Okendo’s sales process. You will manage outbound campaigns, convert leads into demos, and practice a value-selling approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
How you'll create impact:
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed quarterly MRR sales quota as assigned by management
Convert leads generated from campaigns into sales demos and opportunities.
Manage and close all SMB and Mid-Market inbound opportunities.
CRM Hygiene:
Follow best practices for sales processes and key SLAs within Hubspot.
Maintain accuracy of all prospect information and data collected throughout the sales lifecycle.
Maintain sales pipelines to ensure proper weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
Value-Based Selling:
Analyze prospect’s needs and requirements to provide customized solutions that provide the most value.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to meet prospect’s objectives.
Assist in creating compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition.
Present solutions to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring prospect satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Opportunity Identification:
Meet or exceed opportunity prospecting goals.
Manage and iterate upon Okendo’s outbound motions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Seek guidance and actively contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
Continuously expand product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition.
Additional responsibilities as otherwise instructed
What we need from you:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in SaaS sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic understanding of technology and its applications, especially G-Suite.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Shopify ecosystem experience preferred
Hubspot Experience preferred
