Instructure is looking for an experienced sales executive to join our growing K12 education sales team. This role will be a hunter role developing new logo accounts
What you will be doing:
- Sell the Instructure Learning Platform to new clients
- Needs to set a minimum of five new logo opportunities weekly until adequate pipeline is achieved
- Deploy tactical sales methodologies to close new logos
- Develop sales strategies to increase new logo pipeline
- Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frame.
- Run a 30-90 day sales cycle from discovery to negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce, Outreach.io and other sales tools to optimize business
- Forecasting your pipeline on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy in opportunities
Here's what you will need to know/have:
- Minimum of 2 + years of proven sales experience.
- Understanding educational pedagogy and the process involving selling an LMS is a plus but not required
- Experience selling software, SaaS sales, and services.
- Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills.
- Ability to do detailed needs analysis and proposal development.
