At Zeelo, we’re on a mission to revolutionize how workers commute by delivering reliable, sustainable, and scalable transportation solutions. We partner with global leaders like Amazon, Barclays, and UPS, and we’re expanding after a successful Series B raise. If you’re passionate about building solutions, working in a scaling organization, and seeing the direct impact of your work—this is your seat on the bus.

This role will work remotely but must be based in the Pacific Time Zone, ideally in close proximity to the Bay area.

Why this role is exciting:

As an Account Executive, you’ll sell Zeelo’s transportation software and managed services to enterprise clients across the US. You will work closely with HR and Operations leaders at major employers who are stuck patching together parking subsidies, ad hoc shuttles, and multiple transport vendors — with no one accountable for the result. With cutting-edge technology that optimizes routes, reduces emissions, and improves employee experiences, we’re solving these pain points and looking for ambitious sales talent to join our journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with a focus on enterprise-level deals
  • Partner with BDRs and Marketing to create strategies that drive pipeline growth
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored mobility solutions
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition of accounts and strong delivery on program expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to continuously improve offerings
  • Maintain a structured pipeline using the MEDDPICC methodology and HubSpot CRM

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, closing deals of $300K+
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry or experience selling into to Property managers, Site leaders, HR Leaders, or Operations professionals.
  • Proven success navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset—you consistently exceed targets and thrive on challenge
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or similar service-based industries is a plus
  • Open to travel for client meetings and conferences

Salary Range: $220k-$260k OTE (base and commission)

Location: West Coast based with occassional travel to Boston and London HQ

Why Zeelo:

  • Mission-driven work: Every commute we power helps reduce CO₂ emissions and makes work more accessible especially in areas with limited public transport
  • Global exposure: Be part of a 120+ person team across the US, UK, and Spain
  • Supportive Benefits: We offer our employees 100% coverage for medical benefits, 401k matching, and a learning stipend

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
