What You’ll Do

- Build strong relationships – Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with our tech team – Work closely with developers and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage your pipeline – Keep track of prospects, follow-ups, and deals using a CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in web or mobile development services – You’ve sold digital solutions before and understand the process.
- A strong closer – You can take a lead from intro call to signed contract with confidence.
- Tech-savvy mindset – You don’t need to be a developer, but you should understand the basics of app and web development.
- Self-motivated & proactive – You know how to hustle and make things happen.
- Experience in outbound prospecting – You’re comfortable reaching out to new clients and starting conversations.
- Excellent communication skills – You know how to explain complex digital solutions in a simple, compelling way.
- Familiarity with the Southwest market – You know the local business landscape and where to find opportunities.
