About the Role
We’re hiring a high-output Account Executive to run our SMB sales motion and help refine it as we scale. You’ll be the tip of the spear—handling inbound leads, running demos, and closing new business quickly and consistently.
You’ll be joining early, so you’ll also have the chance to help shape how we sell—scripts, follow-up strategy, lead quality, and eventually mentoring others.
What You’ll Do
- Run 6–10 short, focused demos per day (inbound + light outbound)
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
- Follow up persistently and document every deal in HubSpot
- Collaborate with the founder and product team on what’s working
- Provide insights to improve sales processes, messaging, and lead routing
- Help build onboarding docs and light training materials as we grow
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (SMB preferred)
- Strong closer with a high-output mindset and self-management skills
- Not afraid of volume—you thrive when the calendar’s packed
- Clear communicator with excellent follow-up discipline
- Comfortable giving feedback and improving systems
Compensation
- Base Salary: $75k
- Total Comp Target: $150k (no cap)
- Equity: Competitive early-stage equity package
