You'll partner with marketing and growth leaders to solve strategic visibility challenges, navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and building business cases that drive executive buy-in.

You'll manage a blend of inbound pipeline and strategic outbound prospecting, delivering tailored presentations and working alongside the Head of Sales to refine our enterprise go-to-market motion

What You’ll Be Doing
    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
    • Sell to VP and C-level marketing, growth, and digital leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies
    • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, legal, and security reviews
    • Build and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting high-value accounts
    • Deliver compelling executive presentations and business case proposals
    • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success
    • Contribute market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product strategy
You’d Be a Great Fit If You
    • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts
    • Experience selling to marketing, growth, or digital personas (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth, SEO Directors)
    • Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer timelines
    • Consistent quota attainment history (President's Club, top performer recognition preferred)
    • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the VP and C-suite level
    • Experience with enterprise procurement processes, including security questionnaires and legal reviews
    • Structured, metrics-driven approach with strong forecasting discipline
💡 Bonus Points
    • Background selling MarTech, SEO, or content marketing solutions (e.g., Semrush, HubSpot, Conductor, Clearscope, Jasper)
    • Experience selling AI-powered or data analytics products
    • Proficiency with Gong, Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
    • Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, Spanish)
    • Familiarity with product-led growth motions or land-and-expand strategies
🎁 Why Join Writesonic
    • Category-defining product: Lead enterprise conversations in the emerging AI search optimization space
    • Competitive compensation: Strong base salary, uncapped commission, and equity
    • Fully remote: Work from anywhere with an async-friendly culture
    • Career trajectory: Clear path to Senior AE, Enterprise AE, or sales leadership

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
