We’re scaling rapidly and looking for a strategic, data-driven sales leader to help accelerate our next stage of growth.
Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Account Executive to lead and expand our outbound sales engine. This role combines high-level go-to-market planning with day-to-day leadership of business development initiatives. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new pipeline opportunities, refining outbound strategy, and collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. In this role you will help our customers in their feed supply chain digital transformation journey.
As a key leader in the revenue organization, you will bring energy, structure, and a deep understanding of Enterprise technology sales, helping position BinSentry as the solution of choice for operations teams seeking AI-enabled visibility and automation to their agricultural enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale outbound sales strategy, including processes, messaging, tools, and KPIs to drive top-of-funnel growth.
- Partner with marketing to refine campaign messaging and improve lead quality through data-driven collaboration.
- Personally engage key accounts and enterprise opportunities to model world-class outbound selling practices.
- Design and implement scalable prospecting and qualification workflows aligned with ICP and customer journey stages.
- Analyze pipeline performance and deliver insights to senior leadership on opportunity conversion and growth areas.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person events, thought leadership forums, customer conversations and group presentations.
- Ensure consistent CRM hygiene, reporting, and use of sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or outbound sales, with at least 2 years of enterprise sales.
- Proven success in AI, SaaS, IoT, or other complex technology sales environments.
- Background in agriculture
- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, sales development metrics, and modern engagement tools.
- Strong communicator with the ability to articulate value clearly to executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage company where adaptability and ownership are key.
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Bonus: Background in operational industries like supply chain, logistics, and agtech. undergoing digital transformation.
