About the role:

As part of our continued growth, Agora is hiring an Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles. We’re looking for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional who is excited to help transform the Real Estate Investment industry.

As a founding Account Executive in California, you’ll own a new territory with extensive white space and significant long-term upside. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, across our entire product suite. You’ll focus on strategic accounts and high-potential prospects, presenting our solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-level decision-makers.

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience is required. Proptech or Fintech experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled in managing the full sales cycle for a SaaS solution
  • Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Proactive in building pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email outreach, and more
  • Comfortable cross-selling multiple products to new and existing clients
  • Strong at account penetration and engaging with key stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional at building relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Self-motivated, curious, and personable
  • This is a hybrid role - must be based in greater LA area, and willing to travel for client meetings and events, as needed

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $120,000–$130,000, with $240,000–$260,000 in on-target earnings (OTE). If your expectations fall outside of this range, we still encourage you to apply, as compensation may vary based on experience and role alignment.
