Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Care: Supports the team with client communications, providing support and guidance with professionalism and empathy. Your dedication to client satisfaction strengthens our partnerships and drives our success.
  • Secure Placements, Share Stories: Conducts media relations daily, securing placements in national, regional, broadcast, and online media. Your efforts amplify our clients' voices and share their stories with diverse audiences.
  • Craft Compelling Reports: Manages and executes client reports as needed, delivering insights and results that demonstrate the impact of our efforts. Your attention to detail and analytical skills ensures our clients are informed and empowered.
  • Shape Media Campaigns Together: Participates in strategy and brainstorming sessions to help plan and execute media campaigns. Your unique perspectives and ideas are valued as we work together to achieve our goals.
  • Bring Events to Life: Assists with facilitating media events and product launches, ensuring every detail is perfect and every attendee feels welcome. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills make our events memorable.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivates genuine relationships with journalists and media members, fostering trust and mutual respect. Your ability to connect with others strengthens our network and enhances our reputation.

The salary range is $60,000-$66,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of public relations experience, agency experience required
  • Organizational Proficiency: Excellent time management and organizational skills with experience handling multiple clients or projects at the same time.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion and Industry Knowledge: A genuine passion for public relations and an in-depth understanding of Luxury, Lifestyle and/or Entertainment industries.
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Embodies the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion; demonstrates self-awareness, cultural competency, and the ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
