In this role, you'll collaborate with store owners to optimize operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance. Responsibilities include project management, team leadership, sales training, and coaching for frontline teams. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for store inquiries and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to provide coaching, training, and side-by-side selling with sales representatives
- Inspect and drive marketing campaigns while ensuring Boost brand standards are upheld
- Make daily performance calls to stores and resolve customer escalations as the first point of contact
- Communicate with store owners to drive sales performance and implement plans to exceed sales quotas
- Leverage local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail distribution points
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge of all Boost products and services
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of related work experience post-high school
- 4+ years in sales and/or account management, including 3+ years in training, relationship development, or business management
- 1+ years of experience selling wireless products or services
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Proven Relationship Management: Skilled in independently managing vendor and contract relationships, demonstrating the ability to navigate dynamic business partnerships with confidence and autonomy.
- Agile & Proactive: Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure sales environments where priorities shift rapidly and decisiveness is key. Adapts quickly to change and takes initiative without waiting for direction, consistently acting as a problem-solver first, escalator second.
- Results-Oriented: Maintains razor-sharp time management skills and consistently delivers results while expertly juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic Communicator: Confidently provides strategic sales and marketing guidance to business owners and frontline sales representatives. Communicates with clarity, confidence, and purpose, both in writing and in conversation.
- Collaborative & Independent: Possesses the ability to work well individually and as a member of a team, contributing effectively in both settings.
- Driving Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, completed driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
