What is the role?

As an Account Executive (US / LATAM Region) at Teachable, you will drive business growth by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value opportunities, with a focus on Portuguese-speaking prospects and clients. You will manage full-cycle sales processes from prospect qualification to deal execution, serving as a strategic advisor to digital content creators and business leaders. Your mastery of complex B2B SaaS sales and deep understanding of market needs will directly accelerate company expansion.

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage full-cycle sales opportunities for Mid-Market and Enterprise prospective clients across North America and Portuguese-speaking markets.

  • Build, qualify, and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and account mapping.

  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and product presentations in both Portuguese and English to align platform capabilities with client business goals.

  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to address technical requirements, ensure smooth handoffs, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR quotas and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Lead multi-stakeholder contract negotiations, legal and security reviews, and pricing discussions with C-level decision-makers.

  • Gather and relay regional market feedback and customer insights to internal product teams to help shape international strategy.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Exceed quota targets while maintaining strong deal velocity and a healthy, predictable sales pipeline.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored sales engagements that demonstrate clear ROI for complex client needs.

  • Communicate with authority, empathy, and cultural fluency across all interactions in English and Portuguese.

  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and executive sign-off workflows efficiently.

  • Mentor junior team members, share deal strategies, and elevate the overall performance of the sales organization.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle Account Executive experience, preferably closing Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts.

  • Native or professional fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) required.

  • Expertise in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger).

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and CRM hygiene skills (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Hubspot).
