About You

We're looking for a motivated, curious, and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing Xsolla Advertising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and expanding business line at the intersection of performance marketing, game commerce, and advertising technology. The best candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their career in ad sales while helping game developers and brands reach players in innovative ways.

In this client-facing role, you'll work directly with game developers, publishers, and brands to unlock new growth opportunities through Xsolla's advertising solutions. You'll support the development of strong partner relationships, assist in building data-driven campaign strategies, and help demonstrate the value of advertising as a performance growth channel. You'll also work closely with senior team members across sales, product, and data to contribute to Xsolla's expanding advertising offering.

    Responsibilities
  • Support new business development by identifying, engaging, and helping onboard game studios, publishers, and brands onto Xsolla's advertising platform.
  • Consult with partners to understand their marketing goals and translate them into actionable advertising strategies with guidance from senior team members.

  • Assist in managing campaign success, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting using advertising best practices.

  • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate insights to partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including product, data, and sales leadership — to contribute feedback and help refine Xsolla's advertising solutions.

  • Represent Xsolla's advertising capabilities in partner meetings and industry discussions, positioning Xsolla as a trusted partner in the gaming advertising ecosystem.

    Qualifications & Skills
    • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success within advertising, ad tech, digital media, or a related field.

    • Foundational understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including performance marketing and campaign fundamentals.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and connect insights to business outcomes.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

    • Basic familiarity with advertising or analytics platforms (e.g., DSPs, MMPs, or similar tools).

    • Experience working with gaming or entertainment brands.

    • Familiarity with mobile advertising, attribution models, or user acquisition strategies.

    • Exposure to ad tech tools and ecosystems, including SSPs, DSPs, and measurement platforms.

    • Basic knowledge of audience targeting, creative optimization, or A/B testing.

    • A genuine passion for gaming, digital innovation, and performance-driven marketing.
