As the leader in creative data, Vidmob’s influence lies in its partnerships and integrations across the digital ad ecosystem, its dozens of proprietary models, and in operating the industry’s most robustly instrumented human-reinforcement learning model for creativity.

We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our team and help us accelerate our revenue growth. This isn't just about upselling—it's about helping us build deeper, more strategic relationships with our existing clients. You'll be a key player in our growth, not only by expanding revenue within our current accounts but also by helping to define our customer success strategies, test new expansion motions, and refine our product packaging.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy environment and is energized by the challenge of uncovering untapped potential within our customer base. You will be responsible for driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, growing account revenue, and supporting our mission to define a new space in the adtech ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive expansion and renewals: You'll be a true farmer, responsible for identifying growth opportunities within your book of business and ensuring high renewal rates. You'll proactively uncover new use cases, additional departments, and expanded product adoption within existing accounts.

  • Develop strategic account plans: You'll create and execute strategic account plans focused on identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Managers. This includes conducting regular executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI, align on strategic objectives, and uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Deepen and broaden relationships: You'll build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders while expanding your footprint within accounts—connecting with new departments, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption and navigate complex decision-making structures.

  • Lead renewals and negotiations: You'll lead contract renewal negotiations, ensuring high retention rates while maximizing deal value and contract terms. You'll manage complex sales cycles within existing accounts, navigating multiple decision-makers and budget holders.

  • Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor: You'll work closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Product, and Marketing—to provide customer feedback, align client needs with our roadmap, and help refine our expansion strategy. You'll use data, customer insights, and industry expertise to create compelling business cases and proposals that articulate incremental value and justify expanded investment.

  • Own your outcomes with operational excellence: You'll manage your entire book of business with precision, including expansion pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and maintaining pipeline hygiene in CRM. You'll embrace deep customer relationship mapping, proactive activity tracking, and transparent sales forecast management to leadership to ensure predictable revenue delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven expansion and retention success: You have a track record of successfully driving revenue growth within existing accounts and achieving high renewal rates while hitting or exceeding your sales targets, particularly in a software or SaaS environment; 7+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales, with martech/adtech experience preferred.

  • Early-stage mentality: You have experience working in a fast-moving startup and know what it takes to get things done without a lot of predefined processes. You're resourceful, resilient, and ready to get your hands dirty to drive customer success and growth.

  • Exceptional relationship builder: You excel at deepening relationships with existing clients and expanding your network within accounts—from brand marketers to C-level executives; 3+ years experience managing enterprise accounts, driving expansions, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

  • Strategic and consultative: You're skilled at uncovering unmet needs, identifying whitespace opportunities, and positioning solutions that drive measurable business impact. You think like a trusted advisor, not just a seller.

  • Curious and collaborative: You're naturally inquisitive, you lean into problem-solving, and you're a true team player who is excited to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment.

  • Independent and resourceful: You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and proactively finding solutions without constant oversight

Compensation:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
