About SewerAI Corporation

SewerAI is transforming underground infrastructure management through AI-powered inspection and risk analysis. Our platform helps contractors, engineering firms, and utilities unlock valuable insights from sewer inspection data—turning hours of manual video review into actionable intelligence in minutes. After doubling our customer base over the past year, we’re now entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth.

THE ROLE

Own a named-account portfolio of our largest opportunities — major municipalities and utilities, national contractors, and top engineering firms. This is the consultative, multi-threaded motion: longer cycles, real buying committees, and six-figure enterprise agreements. You source with your Strategic SDR and ABM pod, map the committee, sell the executive vision, build the business case the buyer takes to council or the CFO, and close the ELA with deal desk — protecting margin the whole way.

Depth over speed. Every deal multi-threaded, defensible, and expandable.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • A named-account list. A finite set of high-value accounts worked with ABM and a hub-and-spoke model — contractors orbit the municipalities that direct them, so you sell the hub, then the spokes.

  • The full enterprise arc. Source → discover and multi-thread the committee → executive pitch and full-platform demo → business case → negotiate and close.

  • Enterprise agreements. 50K+ ELAs and all-in bundles, structured with deal desk and closed with margin discipline.

  • Land and expand. Grow each account across products and departments after the first win.

  • Defensible forecasting. Accurate reads on long, multi-stakeholder cycles, with clean CRM hygiene.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Must-haves

  • 5+ years in sales with a track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($50K+ ACV / six-figure agreements) — ideally SaaS into construction, civil engineering, utilities, or the public sector.

  • Command of a consultative, multi-threaded enterprise motion: mapping buying committees, executive storytelling, and business-case / ROI selling to budget owners like a city council or CFO.

  • Comfort with procurement, deal desk, ELA and bundle structuring, and protecting margin under pressure.

  • The ability to get deeply fluent in PACP, NASSCO, and CCTV workflows and the full SewerAI platform (AutoCode, PIONEER, Risk & Rehab) — enough to earn trust with directors, partners, owners, and technical evaluators alike.

  • Patience and pipeline discipline on long cycles. You build champions and hold them.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Existing relationships across large municipalities and utilities, national contractors, or major engineering firms.

  • ABM or named-account selling experience.

  • Direct field or industry experience — inspection, utility operations, or rehab / capital planning.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE

  • Health & wellness — comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus basic life and 401(k).

  • Meaningful equity — share in the company's long-term success.

  • Remote-first & flexible — remote and hybrid friendly, with flexible hours.

  • Learning & development — an annual budget for courses, books, and conferences.

  • Unlimited PTO — take the time you need to recharge and bring your best self to work.

  • A team that's been there — mission-driven people who genuinely care about the work and the people who do it underground.

COMPENSATION

On-target earnings of $250,000, split 50/50 between base salary and commission ($125,000 base + $125,000 variable), with uncapped commission and accelerators above quota. Plus full benefits, and remote-first flexibility.

Pay transparency: The posted on-target earnings reflect base plus expected commission at target. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
