Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, from prospecting and qualification through contract execution. Identify opportunities, exceed quotas, maintain forecasts, partner with technical field development engineers on demos and proofs of concept, and build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders. The role focuses on observability, DevOps, and infrastructure tooling, with travel for events and client meetings.

You will be joining an actual team of AEs, spread accross Europe, UK, Middle East and the USA, all reporting to Valentin, our head of sales.
You’ll work hand in hand with FDEs on every account.

Our products are used by different teams: software development, SREs and platform teams, and the buying decision comes from CTOs, VPs of infra and Head of observability. The sell cycle can lasts between 3 to 12 months depending on the accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts, using MEDDIC methodology.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
- Travel for events & trade shows and regularly meet with our prospects and clients.
- Partner with FDEs to deliver technical demos and POCs.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and support lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on observability practices.

- Minimum 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in observability, DevOps, or infrastructure tooling background.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a technical sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and challenges around application performance monitoring.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
