In this pivotal capacity, you will lead the charge in cultivating new business opportunities with finesse. Collaborate extensively with the Customer Success team to ensure the delivery of unparalleled value to our esteemed clientele. Your understanding of the modern manufacturing ecosystem will prove instrumental as you meticulously construct compelling business cases for Poka, aligning them with the unique business priorities and desired outcomes of each prospective client. Furthermore, your comprehension of the skills of effectively marketing software solutions will serve as a distinct advantage in this role, enabling you to excel and leave a profound footprint. What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Employ market research and collaborate with the Sales Development team to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Formulate and execute effective strategies to capture new business prospects and expand the customer base.
  • Lead the sales process from needs analysis to successful deal closure: conduct impactful sales presentations, deliver product demonstrations, and skillfully negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of account milestones, opportunities, and precise sales projections within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide astute insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on client feedback and prevailing market trends.
  • Play an integral role in shaping lead generation campaigns by leveraging customer insights to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Participate actively in Trade Shows, Networking Events, and Virtual Conferences, further enhancing the company's industry presence.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable role in B2B organizations.
  • Experience selling SaaS software solutions is a must.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English - Communication is at the heart of the account executive role, as you'll be working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An impressive depth of knowledge in the manufacturing industry or industrial sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
