The future is borderless. Let's build it together.

About the opportunity

EMEA is one of the most exciting and most complex markets in the world for global employment. Dozens of jurisdictions, languages, and regulatory regimes sit side by side, which is exactly where Multiplier shines. We're investing heavily in our EMEA sales org, and we're looking for driven, results-oriented Account Executives with a hunter mentality to help us capture that opportunity.

This role is ideal for self-starters who excel at both inbound and outbound selling and thrive in fast-paced, multi-market environments. You'll be instrumental in landing net-new accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding Multiplier's footprint across the region.

You'll report directly to the EMEA Sales Manager and collaborate closely with BDRs, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution. Occasional travel (around 25%) across EMEA may be required for client meetings, industry events, and team activities.

What you'll do

Own the customer journey

  • Act as a subject-matter expert in global hiring and compliance across EMEA markets.

  • Guide prospects from first touch through to deal closure.

  • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account growth.

Drive revenue & growth

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Own your entire sales funnel: prospecting, nurturing, negotiating, and closing within named accounts.

  • Build a strong, durable pipeline and deliver predictable results.

Work inbound and outbound with a hunter mentality

  • Quickly qualify, nurture, and convert inbound leads, partnering with Marketing and SDRs to maximise conversion.

  • Source and engage high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.

  • Proactively identify opportunities, navigate complex organisational structures, and multi-thread to win net-new logos.

Master your pipeline & forecasts

  • Manage your pipeline and accounts meticulously in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reliable forecasting.

Master your craft

  • Sharpen your storytelling, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Maintain a clear, current understanding of your customers and deals at every stage.

Be a brand ambassador

  • Represent Multiplier at key industry events, conferences and meetups across the region.

  • Showcase the platform's impact on the future of work and global hiring.

What you'll bring
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 1 year in HR tech, EOR, fintech, or a closely related space preferred.

  • A strong track record of exceeding quota across inbound and outbound motions, with a focus on net-new logos.

  • A genuine hunter mentality: you set ambitious goals and relentlessly pursue them, and you see challenges as opportunities to grow.

  • Proven multi-threading skills and a knack for "land and expand" across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

  • Comfort selling across diverse EMEA markets, cultures, and buyer contexts; fluency in an additional European language is a strong plus.

  • Be based in Europe

  • Exceptional prioritisation and follow-up, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.

  • A confident, client-centric presenter and negotiator.

  • Remote-work savvy: able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across a distributed team.

  • A proactive, growth-minded problem solver who thrives in a high-growth environment.

Why you'll love working at Multiplier
  • High-impact role. Own a critical part of our EMEA revenue growth story.

  • Inspiring team culture. Join an ambitious, kind, and mission-driven team that's reshaping how the world works.

  • Real career growth. We're in hyper-growth mode, and your career will grow with us.

  • Generous time off. Recharge and stay inspired with our flexible and supportive leave policy.

  • True flexibility. Full autonomy in your role, with the flexibility to work remotely.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
