Job Overview

The Account Executive, Data Breach Response role is an SME role focused on bringing Relativity’s AI product, Data Breach Response to new and existing customers at the largest companies in the world. Relativity provides solutions to support the legal data intelligence needs of law firms, corporations, and a robust community of partners. This role would be part of our RelOne+ team, which supports the launch and adoption of AI products and is our newest and fastest growing area of GTM focus.

Job Description and Requirement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving Data Breach Response product sales across all customer segments globally.

  • Build and deepen executive relationships with a strategic customer base to help influence their long-term technology and decisions

  • Individually manage entire sales-cycles for adding on Data Breach Response, including leading product demos, department presentations, and negotiating terms and understanding associated legal and business risks (includes presenting multiyear agreements to C-level executives)

  • Inform Relativities G2M strategy for global growth of Data Breach Response, in coordination with Product Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering.

  • Coordinate global sales opportunities with sales reps around the world Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience within an enterprise software company.

  • SaaS sales experience, ideally in the cyber/incident response industry.

  • Experience in Complex solution selling or customer success management (i.e. experience selling solutions that required the end client to realign certain business processes)

  • Consistent success in territory planning, strategic account planning, and quota achievement

  • High degree of comfort with public speaking and giving presentations.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between following values

$132,000 and $198,000

The final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
