This role blends relationship-driven selling with a modern, data-informed approach, leveraging AI-enabled tools and insights to work smarter, uncover opportunities faster, and deliver meaningful value to customers. Balancing proactive prospecting with disciplined pipeline management, you will play a key role in achieving revenue targets while continuously evolving how you sell in a rapidly changing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities using a combination of traditional outreach and AI-powered insights to identify high-potential leads.

  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos, tailoring conversations using data, automation, and research tools to better understand customer needs.

  • Leverage AI-enabled sales tools and CRM systems to prioritize pipeline, surface trends, and improve forecasting accuracy.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while structuring deals that align customer outcomes with business goals.

  • Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline data and forecasts, using technology to drive efficiency and visibility.

  • Continuously experiment with and adopt new tools, workflows, and AI capabilities to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

  • Build strong, trust-based customer relationships by combining human insight with tech-enabled personalization.

  • Represent the company at events, bringing a modern, informed perspective on industry and technology trends.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Must have RCM (revenue cycle management) experience.

  • Strong presentation, discovery, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

  • A curiosity for and comfort with AI-enabled tools (e.g., sales automation, prospecting platforms, conversational intelligence, or generative AI tools) and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

  • Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn, test, and refine new ways of working.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and adapt to different customer industries.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
