Business Unit Overview:

CounselEar is a healthcare SaaS platform purpose-built for audiology practices, helping providers streamline patient counseling, improve case acceptance, and enhance the overall patient experience. As a growing business unit within Fullsteam, CounselEar is focused on expanding its footprint in the audiology market through scalable, customer-centric sales execution.

Job Summary:

Fullsteam is looking for an Account Executive to support a couple rapidly growing health care SaaS business units. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling software from inbound and outbound channels. This person must be able to understand the needs of the prospect or client and explain how the business unit is differentiated and the best solution. The ideal candidate understands customer centric sales and has experience working in a SaaS environment. The candidate will be growing a company’s client base by marketing and selling products to new customers and expanding current business. This candidate will focus primarily on researching and contacting sales leads, negotiating, and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Grows, builds, and leverages a client base within the Sales Department.

  • Selling SaaS, payment services, and other add on solutions that will help the prospect or current client.

  • Expands sales through direct interaction with customer contacts.

  • Generates leads during sales calls, emails, and conference calls.

  • Schedules and delivers sales presentations and demos product features to a range of prospective and current clients

  • Selling into a variety of environments, small business to large franchisee.

  • Maintains and monitors the company’s CRM database with up-to-date client information, prospect pipeline and potential sales opportunities.

  • Creates quotes, negotiates terms, and closes sales in line with company goals and expectations.

  • Manages and monitors sales dashboard for pending sales closings and follows up with appropriate tasks to close the sale.

  • Prepares and delivers sales forecasts and sales reports.

  • Maintains awareness and keeps up to date with constantly changing software, products and competition in the home care, vision, medical billing, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) industries.

  • Interfaces and communicates with Product and Customer Success teams to maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and technologies with industry trends.

  • Attends and participates in trade shows and conferences to promote the organization’s products and services.

  • Occasional travel may be required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Prior experience meeting or exciting specified quotas closing $500,000 or more in SaaS sales.

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, marketing, and selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

  • Demonstrates a consultant approach, with the ability to drive the client process and close the sale.

  • Knowledge of principles for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with leadership staff, cross functional teams, and external sources.

  • Experience in communicating with people outside the organization by representing the company to prospects, customers, vendors, partners, and other external sources.

  • Ability to persuade and convince others to buy products/goods and be aware of others’ reactions to better understand their behavior.

  • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accommodate work responsibilities.

  • Ability to use computers and computer systems to navigate client databases, enter data, and process information.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and ability to understand software products.

  • Strong “Hunter” background and experience driving own leads and outbound activity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant sales experience and previous software experience highly preferred.

  • Audiology, home care, medical billing, EMR, or vision industry sales experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Organization and time-management skills

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $99,200 $130,000

Includes base salary plus commission.
