We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) for the Americas region with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. You will play a critical role in driving enterprise adoption across North and South America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own enterprise sales cycle across the Americas.
  • Build trusted relationships with banks, fintechs, and regulators.
  • Deliver demos and compliance-focused solution pitches.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
  • Consistently exceed quota and revenue targets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS/RegTech sales in the Americas.
  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC/IDV workflows.
