🌍 Location: US East Coast (Remote)

At Binalyze, we’re transforming how cybersecurity teams investigate and respond to incidents. Our platform combines forensic-level visibility with automation to help defenders act faster, protect data integrity, and maintain business continuity.

The Strategic Account Director owns the health, execution success, growth, and long-term performance of one of Binalyze’s most important strategic partnerships.

This role is focussed on structured account ownership and delivery execution within a complex customer environment. The Strategic Account Director will act as the commercial, operational and global relationship owner, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders..

Success in this role requires excellent strategic account leadership, strong project management discipline, and the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions to drive integration, adoption, and expansion.

🔥 What You’ll Do

Strategic Account Ownership

  • Own the success and expansion of a Global strategic Enterprise account through structured planning and execution.

  • Build and manage partner business plans that align mutual objectives, commercial targets, and customer value.

  • Define and execute a multi-year account strategy aligned to the client’s business priorities and growth plans.

  • Serve as the focal point for strategic, commercial, or technical issues.

  • Lead day-to-day engagement with the client, ensuring successful operational, commercial, and relationship outcomes.

  • Establish and maintain a clear stakeholder map and engagement cadence across both organizations.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and revenue reporting for the account.

  • Coordinate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales) to deliver on commitments.

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and expansion opportunities.

Technical and Operational Leadership

  • Maintain sufficient technical understanding of integrations, use cases, and dependencies to engage effectively with technical stakeholders..

  • Build and manage a clear project framework to track multiple parallel initiatives within the account.

  • Establish disciplined operating cadences including roadmap reviews, operational syncs, and quarterly planning

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to manage roadmap alignment and technical requirements.

  • Act as a technical advocate internally for customer-driven product requirements, translating technical feedback into clear internal requirements and prioritization.

  • Support onboarding, enablement, and adoption of new capabilities within the client’s environment.

Growth & Enablement

  • Ensure critical teams are properly enabled for success with Binalyze.

  • Develop a continuous enablement program.

  • Ensure key client teams understand agreed use cases, adoption priorities and deployment plans. .

Governance & Executive Engagement

  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reviews with strategic account stakeholders.

  • Establish a clear framework for governance models including executive syncs, operational reviews, and documented escalation paths.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready reporting on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.

  • Drive accountability across internal and client teams to ensure alignment between contractual commitments, technical delivery, and commercial outcomes.

AI & Automation

  • Leverage automation and AI tools to manage account reporting, joint forecasts and opportunity pipelines.

  • Introduce automated reporting and communication processes for partner governance.

  • Drive an automation-first approach to operational efficiency in strategic account management.

🧠 What You Bring

  • Significant experience leading large Enterprise or Strategic accounts within SaaS or cybersecurity.

  • Proven success managing high growth-ARR, high complexity customer relationships.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as incident response, digital forensics, EDR/XDR, or SIEM ecosystems.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate joint strategy into measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Architects) and commercial executives in parallel.

  • Experience working with global, distributed teams and customers.

Preferred

  • Experience managing accounts with commercial and technical accountability.

  • Familiarity with enterprise security operations and incident response workflows.

  • Background in enterprise SaaS with a focus on security operations or incident response.

  • Exposure to AI or automation platforms that support cybersecurity operations.

  • Salary range: $150,000 – $210,000
