The Account Director is a key revenue-driving role within NeoReach, focusing on client acquisition, campaign proposals, and account growth. This individual will serve as a client-facing expert, owning the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to proposal creation, while also assisting campaign execution to ensure exceptional client experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Sales
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client goals and budgets, presenting solutions in a compelling manner.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals while maintaining profitability for the agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Account Growth & Retention
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts, introducing additional services or solutions that align with client objectives.
- Track client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships by consistently delivering value and results.
Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Provide input on creative strategies and campaign timelines to align with client deliverables.
- Address client concerns or challenges promptly, working with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline, tracking all outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue targets to senior management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging platforms to effectively position agency services.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads.
- Host client calls and pitch meetings, tailoring solutions to their unique goals and challenges.
- Write and present detailed proposals and quotes, incorporating market insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to finalize campaign details, budgets, and timelines.
- Follow up with clients post-campaign to assess satisfaction and pitch future opportunities.
- Track progress toward sales goals and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within marketing, advertising, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to craft persuasive proposals and confidently present ideas to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
This role offers a competitive base salary, complemented by a performance-driven commission structure. Account Directors have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $50,000 annually through commission by achieving or exceeding their sales goals.
