Our in-house agency, PCN Collection is the growth and distribution partner for beverage brands. We connect brands with the people, places, and moments that influence what consumers drink next. From hospitality and nightlife to creators, culture, and experiences, we help beverage brands enter markets, generate trials, build demand, and move product.

Job function:

The Associate Director, Client Experience is a hands-on client and campaign role responsible for helping PCN Collection deliver great experiences and measurable results for beverage brand clients.

You'll work closely with PCN leadership, clients, venues, creators, DJs and other partners to help take campaigns from strategy, execution, reporting, renewal.

This is an early-stage startup role for someone with experience in nightlife, hospitality, spirits, beverage, events, experiential or agency work who is ready to take on more responsibility.

What you’ll do:

Client Experience

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong relationships with brand, marketing and sales teams.
  • Lead client check-ins, updates and campaign coordination.
  • Keep clients informed, organized and confident in PCN.

Campaign Execution

  • Help turn client objectives into campaigns, timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate venues, creators, DJs, events and other partners.
  • Keep campaigns on schedule and within scope.
  • Solve problems quickly and make sure things get done.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Support campaign strategy using PCN's Culture Distribution System: Positioning, Distribute, Activate, Influence, Sell, Reorder, Optimize 
  • Track KPIs such as product trials, venue placements, menu placements, case velocity and content reach.
  • Help prepare client reports and recommendations.

Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
  • Support proposals, pitches and new business.
  • Help build relationships across PCN's hospitality, nightlife and cultural network.

Who You Are

  • 2–5+ years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, spirits, beverage, events, experiential marketing, media or an agency.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and resourceful.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, small-team environment.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
