ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, DIGITAL
CLIENT MANAGEMENT & NEW BUSINESS
Responsible for leading, fostering, managing and growing key client relationships that are a critical component of our business.
- Identify and drive new business initiatives in order to meet/exceed targets and goals for the Digital & Social department.
- Bring in a book of business with established and existing relationships with entertainment studios, streamers, or major brands
- Act as an advocate for your clients and as the voice for their projects at Concept. In doing so you:
- Thoroughly understand clients’ positioning, the competitive landscape, and identify needs and challenges in order to deliver the most creative and effective work.
- Write thorough project briefs and co-lead internal meetings with the Creative Director.
- Evaluate and help refine creative based on your clients’ brand and strategy.
- Proactively communicate with the client, creative, management, and production teams keeping projects on schedule and budget.
- Work directly with the Creative Director to ensure the creative work is on-strategy and on-brand for the client & project.
- Prepare proposals and scope of work for approval, including budgets and timelines, and negotiate at top level with clients as needed.
- Position Concept Arts as a long-term social partner who helps brands build relevance, consistency, and growth, beyond day to day social platform posting, push for AOR and multi-phase engagements
