Summarized Purpose: Drives pipeline for the company by working collaboratively with field representatives, internal leadership teams and prospective clients to generate new meetings and opportunities for an assigned territory.
A day in the Life:- Delivers measurable contributions to the department by engaging new clients or contacts, securing client meetings and new opportunities (RFPs).
- Drives RFP pipeline and hit rates through lead generation, pipeline development, and territory management.
- Tracks and maintain all activity in the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Supports marketing initiatives including conferences by scheduling meetings and leading follow-up items
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’). In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Strong ability to develop a territory management strategy, identify and develop sales leads within the territory, expertly present capabilities, and collaborate with others to hand-off the relationship internally
- Ability to coordinate information from and follow-up with diverse sources in order to develop relationships with internal and external clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure professional interactions.
- Ability to collaborate and integrate with various internal departments
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the industry, the company, and functional areas to strategically generate leads
- Adept at sales automation systems and the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organization and time leadership skills in prioritizing daily activities and responsibilities with focus on target
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proven track record to work optimally in a matrix environment
- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
- Frequent mobility required
- Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf
- Ability to communicate moderately sophisticated ideas so others will understand; listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Frequently interacts with others acquire or relate information to diverse groups-Works independently with little mentorship or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals. Requires multiple periods of driven concentration

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $17.93–$29.89.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
