Account Coordinator – JLL

What this job involves:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Coordinator to manage critical building access systems and information databases for our clients. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries while overseeing access control systems, maintaining comprehensive data trackers, and administering SharePoint sites. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless facility operations by providing exceptional service to internal teams and external stakeholders, troubleshooting access issues, and continuously improving our processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by combining technical expertise with strong customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting JLL's commitment to delivering world-class facility management solutions.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Process building access requests and manage card issuance for employees, vendors, and guests while conducting regular audits of access permissions and coordinating with security teams to resolve access-related issues.

Develop, maintain, and update various facility-related tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness while generating reports and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.

Manage and administer department SharePoint sites, including creating and organizing document libraries, lists, and workflows while ensuring proper permissions and access controls are maintained.

Serve as the primary contact for facility-related inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to requests while coordinating with various teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Support the coordination of account meetings to facilitate collaboration and communicate important updates across teams and stakeholders.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in access management and information systems while developing standard operating procedures.

Train team members on SharePoint usage, access management protocols, and best practices to ensure consistent operations across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in facilities management, administrative support, or client-facing account coordination role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint, with demonstrated ability to manage databases and create reports.

• Experience with access control systems and building security management protocols.

• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate tracking systems and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with database management systems and data analysis tools beyond standard Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a strong teamwork mentality and collaborative approach.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with track record of maintaining high satisfaction levels through proactive communication.

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing client needs, emerging technologies, and evolving industry trends.

Estimated compensation for this position:

49,900.00 – 72,200.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
