Role description:

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organized and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our growing Sales team and support national enterprise accounts. You will be working with some of the most successful sales and account executives from around the country who have come together to help drive growth.  You will find the team to be passionate, eager to learn, committed to collaboration and mentoring. Your impact:

You’ll help us win by supporting the lifecycle of key enterprise relationships, ensuring seamless execution, high client satisfaction, and operational excellence across EVPassport deployments.

What you’ll do:

Assist in the coordination and execution of customer account activities including the handoff to Deployment, handoff to Customer Success, site launch, hardware logistics, and implementation timelines.

  • Support Sales Directors and the broader Sales team in managing client requests, tracking deliverables, ensuring data integrity, and preparing presentations and documentation.
  • Track and manage installation milestones in collaboration with the Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Create and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including Accounts, Sub Accounts, Opportunities, and Quotes, while auditing data for consistency and alignment across internal systems.
  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate across Sales, Deployment, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver timely, accurate, and aligned updates.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Deployment, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless post-sale handoff and facilitate early-stage customer adoption.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and other internal tools to track conversations, manage deliverables, and surface key engagement insights.
  • Monitor and report on account health, including usage trends, customer satisfaction indicators, and other operational KPIs.
  • Participate in internal and customer-facing meetings, document discussions, and take ownership of follow-up items to drive execution and accountability.
  • Support proposal generation by extracting relevant data and quotes from Salesforce, collaborating with Sales Directors to deliver polished client-ready documents.
  • Assist in the creation of client-facing materials, such as proposals, reports, case studies, and success stories that highlight EVPassport's impact.
  • Contribute to process documentation and internal playbooks, particularly related to onboarding, quoting, and SOW workflows to help scale best practices.
  • Additional projects, tasks, and responsibilities may be assigned.

Your previous experience:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in client services, account coordination, sales support, or project coordination (B2B SaaS or hardware experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter: proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

Base Salary: $70,000-$85,000 (Placement within this base salary range depends upon several factors, including prior relevant job experience and skill set).
