Job Description:
The Account Coordinator leads execution of all assigned client work, ensuring it meets or exceeds client’s objectives and is in line with agency’s creative philosophy. You will proactively work to move internal team members toward completion of project activities. You will serve as leaders for individual projects, maintaining indirect responsibility for shared service work activity (strategy, creative, production, development, etc.).
Account Coordinators will seek out additional information to support the team in driving issue resolution and successful project management and are astute at knowing when to escalate. You will coordinate internal and external meetings, create and track campaign schedules and drive project management efforts including responsibility for updating project plans, meeting minutes, status report follow up, and organizing project documentation.
You will report to an Account Director in this position.
Responsibilities
- Help with internal and external meeting coordination
- Produce meeting agendas and recaps
- Maintain individual brand status reports
- Work with Account Manager and Project Managers to coordinate all HCP NPP Email activities
- Help maintain content calendars
- Support Strategist and Project Manager with gathering info for Direction documents
- Work with Analytics team to coordinate the production of email performance reports
- Work with Analytics team to review brand dashboards
- Maintain individual brand status reports, assist with meeting coordination, and produce meeting agendas and recaps
- You will have responsibility for seamless execution of project/campaign management and financial management of their projects (estimating, billing, revenue forecasting)
- You will work with our Account Managers to coordinate and track all aspects of financials for account and learn how to:
- Set up new project
- Setup and update resources and tasks in Workfront
- Pull utilization reports
- Use Power BI
- QC invoices for accuracy
- Use Pricing Tool
- Maintain billing tracker
- Create and update team background documents to share with clients
You will not have managerial responsibilities in this position (i.e. direct reports)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 or more years of experience in Client Services/Account Management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department with a broad, working knowledge of:
- Enterprise technology, including data management and marketing technology
- CRM and digital messaging platforms
- Digital and user experience
- Performance creative and production across online and offline channels
- Relationship and client management
- Multichannel/Integrated marketing experience helpful
- Experience managing website development and optimization programs
- Analytically minded, specifically comfortable with data, response metrics and trends, understanding of data analytics for multi-channel results and recommendations
- Comfortable engaging with both internal agency teams and being client-facing
- Manage budgets/forecasts/pro forma
- Written and verbal skills, including presentation and client engagement
This is a hybrid position, with the main office location being New York City.
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $81,375 /year. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
