Later is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team, supporting the execution of influencer and affiliate campaigns on our Mavely platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with Campaign Account Managers to bring campaigns to life — from influencer sourcing and relationship management to campaign logistics and performance tracking.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience in the creator economy, learn best-in-class campaign execution, and contribute to driving measurable results for brands through affiliate and influencer partnerships.
What You’ll DoStrategy
Assist Campaign Account Managers in planning and delivering influencer and affiliate campaigns end-to-end.
Research, vet, and recruit influencers aligned to campaign goals, brand values, and target audiences.
Coordinate campaign logistics — from contract setup to content reviews and timelines — ensuring campaigns stay on track.
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to wrap reports that highlight outcomes and learnings.
Technical / Execution
Act as a trusted point of contact for influencers, providing clear briefs, creative assets, and ongoing support.
Ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines, FTC compliance, and campaign requirements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to support long-term collaboration.
Review influencer-generated content for quality, brand alignment, and compliance.
Track KPIs and surface campaign insights that inform optimization and future planning.
Support internal teams by identifying risks early and flagging opportunities for improvement.
Team / Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Strategy, Operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Provide timely campaign updates, issue resolution, and clear communication to stakeholders.
Contribute to internal process improvements by sharing feedback and suggesting efficiencies.
Campaigns are executed on time, on scope, and with high-quality influencer content.
Influencer and affiliate partners describe you as a reliable, trusted collaborator.
Campaign reporting is accurate, timely, and provides actionable insights.
You are growing in confidence and ownership, taking on more responsibility as you develop.
You are recognized internally as a go-to teammate for seamless execution and proactive problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital campaign execution.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
Comfort with Google Workspace and campaign management tools.

Our approach to compensation:
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
Salary Range:
$55,000-$62,000 OTE.
