The Role

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Games & Interactive Media team. This is an LA-based, hybrid role. 

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify target prospects across gaming and interactive/new media markets
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, and inbound follow-up
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and clearly communicate APM’s value proposition
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet activity and meeting targets
  • Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to execute outreach efforts and smoothly transition qualified leads
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position APM

Client Management

  • Support Account Executives by managing scheduling, CRM pipeline updates, renewals tracking, and meeting follow-ups
  • Onboard and educate clients through live presentations, consultative support, and proactive outreach
  • Manage client access and logins, including troubleshooting account-related issues
  • Monitor client health, usage, and reporting to drive adoption and proactively address risks
  • Coordinate with Marketing on client-facing nurture campaigns and supporting materials
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date account and contact records and generate CRM reports as needed
  • Keep clients informed of new music releases, product enhancements, and service updates
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience

  • Revenue-facing coordination and pipeline hygiene
  • 1-3+ years in one of the following roles: Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Account Coordination, Customer Success,
  • Proven track record hitting activity targets (calls/emails/meetings set) maintaining clean CRM data
  • Experience supporting renewals

Gaming, platforms, and creator economy fluency

  • Familiarity with gaming, interactive media, creator tools, UGC platforms, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with common buyers and users: biz dev, partnerships, product, marketing, community, creator programs, legal/procurement

Music licensing and rights adjacent experience

  • Exposure to music licensing, production music, sync, copyright, or rights Management.
  • Bonus but valuable: familiarity with Content ID concepts (claims, disputes, whitelisting, reference files) without needing to operate tools
