We’re hiring our first dedicated Account-Based Marketing Manager, reporting into the Field Marketing & ABM team, to help operationalize and scale our enterprise ABM motion.

This individual contributor role will focus on the execution of ABM programs for high-value enterprise accounts, partnering closely with Enterprise Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to drive pipeline creation, accelerate deal velocity, and deepen engagement with priority accounts.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who knows how to turn account strategy into high-impact campaigns, custom deliverables, and measurable business outcomes.

We strive for every interaction to be driven by our CORE values: Operate Like Underdogs, Care and Take Action, Raise the Bar, Walk in the Customer’s Shoes, Own Our Destiny, Only Win Together.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and we're open to candidates located anywhere within Canada or the United States.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute always-on ABM strategies for targeted named Enterprise accounts, with a focus on 1:1 and 1:few programs geared towards enterprise buying committees.
  • Drive measurable impact on enterprise pipeline by sourcing and influencing opportunities, accelerating deal velocity, and deepening engagement with priority Tier 1 accounts.
  • Own full-funnel ABM programs aligned to the buyer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, and Purchase, Expansion).
  • Build and deliver custom ABM deliverables, including executive-facing decks, microsites, and content kits tailored to target accounts.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, paid media, direct mail, gifting, field programs, and digital experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Field Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations to design ABM plays, ensure adoption, and connect strategy to execution.
  • Embed with enterprise sales pods to ensure tactical alignment, including campaign updates, follow-up material adoption, and pod-level reviews.
  • Own ABM program measurement and reporting, including account engagement, meetings booked, and pipeline influence.
  • Surface account intelligence and engagement signals to inform future ABM prioritization and program optimization.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce) to track engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with hands-on experience executing account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts.
  • Proven experience running 1:1 ABM campaigns in close partnership with enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong ability to translate account strategy into concrete, high-quality deliverables and campaigns.
  • Experience orchestrating multi-channel programs across email, paid media, gifting, events, and field marketing.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience measuring and reporting on ABM performance, including account engagement and pipeline influence.
  • Familiarity with common marketing and sales tools (CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, gifting tools, etc.).

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
