The Opportunity
As part of PwC's Tech Strategy practice, you will evaluate IT capabilities and develop strategies for achieving business objectives that drive innovation and operational excellence. As a Senior Manager you will lead teams to assess IT operations, identify digital transformation initiatives, and promote scalable and impactful solutions that enhance business performance across various functions and industries.
Responsibilities
- Assess IT and technology related operations
- Develop and implement strategies that foster cost reduction, service improvement, and innovation
- Lead teams in delivering quality client solutions
- Mentor junior staff to enhance their professional growth
- Confirm project timelines and quality standards are met
- Analyze operational processes to identify enhancement opportunities
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Technology, Mathematics, Engineering preferred
- Agile and SAFe certifications preferred
- Demonstrating strategic mindset and technical leadership
- Showcasing proven communication skills and ability to present cogently
- Assisting organizations to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives
- Analyzing complex data using large data sets and turning them into meaningful insights
- Understanding emerging technology trends and the commercial solutions that support them
- Proactively driving innovation, sharing insights and contributing to thought leadership
- Familiarity with IT cost categorization used for baseline and benchmarking work
- Developing and reviewing business cases and benchmarking analyses
- Understanding IT / Technology Operating Model including IT strategy, organization structure, governance, and culture to drive transformation in IT
- Possessing proven analytical skills to quickly grasp and apply analytical frameworks to both qualitative/quantitative evidence
- Proficient in SDLC tools, cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, etc.), and foundational programming languages

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
