Join monday.com’s Demand Generation team. The team is a key growth engine, trusted with a significant share of our marketing investment. We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to scale our B2B marketing across LinkedIn and Meta while partnering closely with regional managers, creative, sales, and analytics teams. Your campaigns will speak to decision-makers in the US, UK, and ANZ, helping them discover how monday.com empowers their organization.


About The Role

About the role:

  • Work with all of the relevant B2B stakeholders to roll out Lead Generation & Global Programs according to the yearly roadmap.
  • Manage all of the B2B funnels,flows; including overseeing the content messaging strategy
  • Monitor programs performances, deliverability, analyze results, and enhance campaigns accordingly. Refine marketing strategy to increase reach, engagement, retention, and conversions
  • Develop a continuous A/B testing plan with the goal of optimizing performance and achieving campaign KPIs

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an user journey management or equivalent marketing role
  • Deep understanding with the B2B user journey and ABMs strategy
  • Excellent analytical skills. Experience working with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers.
  • Experience using Looker & Salesforce - an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous eye
  • Ability to switch between multiple projects, focus on execution, and adhere to deadlines
  • Team player, proactive, motivated and organized.

  • Excellent spoken and written English
