We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative, based in Chile, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential participants for conferences, including investors, fund managers, and financial institutions.
- Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive event attendance and sponsorship interest.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within the CRM.
- Support logistical and operational needs for events (agendas, attendee updates, materials).
- Participate in conferences when required, assisting with on-site registration, coordination, and client relations
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within financial services or B2B environments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1–C2 level).
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investment concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills; able to communicate professionally with executives.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
